Bylaws

In 1998, HCE incorporated as a 501(c)6 not for profit professional association and adopted bylaws that govern the structure and function of the organization. Every few years, a Bylaws ad hoc committee conducts a review to assure the organization and its governing document stay internally consistent.  A copy of the Bylaws and a memo, revised in 2009, can be found below .
